👋 Hi, I'm Jan Van Herck
From a young age, I was fascinated by the technology around me. For many applications, I always took everything for granted: if I press a certain button, then a certain action occurs. But how does that action suddenly happen? What determines that that button is there and performs that action?
I found computer science increasingly interesting and wanted to create such applications myself. Therefore, at the age of 16, I started teaching myself Python. Over the years, I learned a lot from this exploration and only became more intrigued by IT.
That is why I am now studying Applied Computer Science at KdG University, so that I can turn this fascination into my profession. I'm currently in my final year, specializing in Application Development.
